I needed an order with a quick turnaround time and I had not previously used Embroidery General. I went in to the store and was warmly greeting by Kim and Michael and explained my situation. Within just a couple minutes they created a plan. There communication throughout the process was timely and they got my order back to me earlier than the expected deadline. I was able to pay online which made the pick up even easier. Lastly, the job they did was amazing. I will definitely be going back for future orders!
