Embroidery General was founded in 1993 by Rick Wygle, a former traveling sales representative in the golf apparel industry who wanted to build something lasting close to home in Birmingham. What started as a small custom embroidery operation has grown into a trusted local partner for embroidery and screen printing, serving businesses, teams, and organizations throughout the region. Now under the leadership of Michael Hess and Scott McKelvey, the company continues to uphold the same standards of craftsmanship, integrity, and customer-first service that have defined it for more than three decades.
